About PixelSkiesAstro.
PixelSkiesAstro is a remote telescope hosting facility in southern Spain, operated by David, Adam, James, and Michelle Wills. We have eleven fully automated observatories designed for reliable, long-term hosting of astronomical equipment. Our site currently supports multiple remote systems used for both astrophotography and science-based data collection, all operated securely via the internet from the comfort of your own home.
A hands-on, on-site team.
What makes PixelSkiesAstro different is the level of support we provide. We live on-site, and we are astrophotographers ourselves, so we understand what matters most: equipment safety, consistent performance, and minimising downtime. Whether you're imaging for personal projects or scientific data capture, we offer practical, hands-on help to keep your system working as it should.
Hosting and maintenance you can rely on.
Our core services include remote telescope hosting and ongoing maintenance support for your equipment. This can include routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and assistance with setup and operation—so you can spend less time dealing with issues and more time collecting data.
Our mission.

Our goal is simple: to provide access to the dark skies of rural Andalucía with a hosting service that feels personal, responsive, and dependable—so you can focus on capturing the best results possible.
